^He had the same fit at me the other day, only worse because of my no-hid/etched lenses

For $1000 you might as well get someone local who's good at bodywork to mold a similar lip into your trunka and then paint it.
you forgot to fix something lol

I just picked some up from a friend..I'll probably install them in.....one thing my friend noticed about these LEDs on his g37 is that....for those of us that has the back up cam......the LED, while appears brigher.....actually has worse output than stock and we end up seeing less at night then before on the cam.

For me its not a major issue since I have my camera pointed low to watch for curbs while backing into spaces, but for him, it was a deal breaker and he actually went back to stock.

I think it looks awesome! It's funny to see how so many people critique this trunk without going to look at theirs first. I just started installing mine that I've had in the garage since I moved 4 months ago and I love this trunk. Can't wait to get it painted.

Looks great especially with that rear nismo lip. How offset are the lights inside your trunk? I heard they sit higher than they should?

Where is your trunk release button? Do you have to use the fob to open your trunk?

^Yes.

03/04 doesn't have the trunk release button.
The early 03.0 has the "doggy door" handle to pop the trunk though.

My 05 doesn't have the trunk release button either. Trunk release button delete FTW.

^Sure is, the only way you can tell that I have an 05/06 by looking at my exterior would be my headlights (if you really knew what you were looking for) or my grill (again if you really knew the minor differences).

^IDK why, but I can spot 05/06 headlights immediately.
I think it's the way the high beam area slants instead of being chopped off square.
