Thread jack? Why not? All Aaron's threads get jacked

Nice exhaust man. I wish there were some sedans around here with aftermarket exhaust... all I have to go by are YouTube videos... which suck.

I've always been a fan of Borlas on other cars, but I've never heard them on a VQ (or at least, not known it... I've heard some really sick sounding coupes drive by in the past, but didn't know what they were running)

Gonna be a nice setup. When you're done, you and Jeff92se can compare (exhaust) notes.

I wanted a full catback for a long time too, found this for $790 shipped and had to jump on it! They were on backorder for a whole month!!! I was afraid they weren't going to make em anymore, I had 2 shops cancel the order on me prior to finding this one that made me wait 1 month.
when/where was it determined to have gains over MD?

^Mike, I took Aaron's post to say that the Borla has known performance gains, as seen in dynos over the past few years; whereas the MD exhaust is not "proven" yet since it hasn't been out as long and indednent dynos haven't been done yet.

My 2 cents is that Tony at MD knows his stuff. His products usually are better performing compared to competing products. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any MD product. It would be nice to see an independent dyno showing the gains so we can compare it to the Borla and others.

Has there been any independent before/after dynos of the MD exhaust yet?

^what he said.

I spoke to tony last year about getting the MD exhaust on my car. He gave me a great deal but at the time he hasn't gotten the dual tip yet so i never happened.

Borla and Stillen have proven performance gains, thats not to say that MD has no performance gains, no one's dynoed one yet. And I really wanted to see what the buzz of true dual is all about
