Talking Painted rear emblem, Interior door pulls + Added pics of painted window trim

Like the title says... I painted my rear emblem & the interior door pulls the same color as my grill. I think it turned out pretty good especially since I painted it myself haha. The door pulls were originally a BRUSHED ALUMINUM color, but I didn't take pics of it before I painted it. I still haven't been able to get a new camera so I apologize ahead of time for the crappy pics.

I used this Duplicolor paint... Its called Metalcast (smoke color)

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out & I like this color. It was pretty hard for me to find this color locally so I had to have one of the Kragens order it from their warehouse & have it delivered the next day (they were all sold out or didn't carry this color).

I'm also thinking of using this same color to paint the chrome trim around the windows... what do you guys think??

Thanks for looking =]

some-what better pics of grill:

I used the same color paint as the grill, rear emblem & interior door pulls. I didn't want to paint it black like majority of the people so I thought this would be a little different. I'm pretty happy overall!

That all looks very nice, question....how are those door pulls going to survive with your long nails? Assuming of course you have those $60 a month nails like my wife has....

No long nails haha... how am I supposed to work on my car w/ long nails? I don't get my nails done, therefor I don't worry about scratching anything.

Anyways, I also sanded & clear coated it

Its like a smoke gray... waaaaay darker than the oem brushed aluminum. I'll try & take a pic later comparing it to the brushed aluminum color

Now smoke the tails. Trunk looks bare with a random black symbol there. With black tails though it would look awsome!

I'm also thinking of using the same color to paint the chrome around the windows. What do you guys think????

Did a good job. My gf as well helps A TON with work on my car all the fine detail stuff that im not good on. She blacked out all the chrome trim around my windows with vinyl. Also did carbon fiber interior with vinyl on my car.

I am not good at fine detail and stuff like that she is a pro.
