^hks muffler doesn't give performance. My friend says my car feels faster after I changed my muffler, midpipe and Y pipe. It revs more freely. Most of the power comes from replacing the cats and adding a plenum spacer

I'll let you borrow my oem 17"s while yours get painted if you want. It takes a couple days of them having your rims to get em done

^ yea i love the sound but the one i have is an aggresive looking muffler, you can get another megan racing muffler that's more subtle and looks more oemish. I love the sound but i think alot of the sound is due to having the large resonator on my midpipe replaced with a straight pipe

I have my mid resonator cut out and put straight pipe there as well and have intake and plenum spacer so I as well have things to add to the muffler. So was it easy install simply unbolt old muffler and bolt this one in? Link to which oem one your talking about?

i also have an HR Y pipe but before i bought this muffler and midpipe off my friend he was running it without an HR Y pipe and it sounded just as deep. I didn't install it a local shop did but is pretty simple, cut the old muffler and weld new one in. This is the other megan racing muffler that looks more oemish like the hks. it probably sounds just as good too

Ohhh okay so install will be kinda pricey as well. I went back to black wheels btw but I have blue brakes and blue lugs otherwise our cars almost match exactly

^install for just a muffler shouldn't be that much 60-80 bucks i'd say i did the Y pipe, midpipe and muffler at the same time so it came out to like 150, the Y pipe had to be pulled to fit. Nice to hear you went back to black wheels, like they say once you go black you never go back idk about the blue though i like red better on black

Yea I went with blue i figured red was so common wanted to try something different. Idk the muffler shop around here charges me 100 dollars to cut out mid resonator and weld in straight pipe..
