It's "connected" on both.
It's hard to tell from the pic, but the side skirts kinda look like 05/06's

 

that car has parts from 03-06 ??? was it a wrecked car and put back together with different year parts...

Might just be an 03.0 with painted sills. It's so hard to tell anything with that blurriness.

 

It's been written off, look at the paint match. 1/4 skirts and full rear clip is lighter than the doors and the doors blend to the front fenders.

Am I the only one that notices these things?

I say repaint it, it needs it.

if I were to repaint my car. I would go with the following: Brickyard Red. Love it!!

One of the white's i've considered repainting my car to, but I won't. Have some other whites in mind. I'd love a color change, but I love white too much, especially when I do a white interior.

Fine I'll change it....just wanted to do something different. A color I'm very fond of...a color that is delicious.
