could always repaint the headlights... i know its a little more involved than painting the grille but def think you have to match the grille with the lights... Could always paint the grille silver, like marcus... a semi-gloss silver grille on DG i think would look pretty good. has it been done?

Silvers may clash but its worth a try

^^ i love the front grill black the the logo silver !! my car is going in the shop for the front bumper paint and the guy said he will do my grill for another 50 bucks .... so im going to have that done as well :-) 3 out of 4 sedans are rocking the oem lip i love it !!!

well i was going to order the nismo and spend the extra few hundred for the paint but i got hooked up at a local shop near my work cause they knew my boss and im getting my front fixed and repainted for 225 bucks ... so im just going to do that for now .. plus i still have to get all my new rotors on and pick up my new neo chromes i ordered and haven't paid for plus i think im going to order some polish tanks for the engine and next pay im just going to go with the oem lip from ionic :-)

i really wanted the nismo but... i scrape in a lot of places now from being so low i hate to spend a lot of cash on something fiberglass and destroy it after a few weeks :-(


edit : i wonder since im getting the grill painted flat black this week if i should match the lower grills on the bumper as well or would i just be fine with them as they are ??

papa!! do they not match ??? they look pretty close ... im trying to figure if i want the whole grill with the logo black or just the grill and leave the logo silver ... hmmm i love the way both look

i already have 1 grill off the bumper and all i have to do is pop the other one off ... ok so both bottom grills painted FB and the grill FB with the logo silver .. i think i should be good and just need to do my head lights and get that lip

 

I don't know if they match or not, I can't see your grilles lol If you want to be sure they match, since you are having it all painted, I would just have it done now using the same paint. I doubt the guy will even charge you more...but if he does, prob won't be much more.

 

will for the grill he told me an extra 50 bucks and ill tell him ill give him 20 more to do the grill inserts since they will be off the bumper .... that sounds good .. just need the headlights done and roof painted and door seals haha MORE PROJECTS !!!!!!!
