the oems are gloss black...think im gonna stay lipless just so i have the clearance for the winter in case i need it.

^+1 i would suggest burning black vsxx though to have that classy look then a matte gunmetal face. someone did the gold vsxx already but just a suggestion though..

Looks clean I don't se orange peel or anything.. Do you add extra clear coat? Or harder clear coat when painting a car? So its not as soft as factory....

theres practically no orange peel on the car...hand glazed it after the wet sanding and buffing. dont really wanna post pics until all the swirls are out. few more days..I couldnt answer that question lol. steve?

I was just wondering because I want an aftermarket paint job but if its going to be as soft as my factory paint job no point. I hate how soft this paint is. I literally polish out all the swirls and one wipe of a MF towel and boom a section has swirls again. Ridiculous

Its impossible to not have any orange peel when you paint, his car was wet sanded and buffer to get it as flat as possible. As far as comparing to the factory paint its hard to say. Marco drives on the highway a lot so naturally he is a high risk for rock chips and stuff. His clear is quality stuff.

His car is going back into the shop so they can glaze it again and get it 100%.
