Never blacked them out. I think IMO it's a lot more elegant with the chrome trim and the kit and wheels give it that sporty look. I try to keep everything original as possible from body lines to window trimmings. I was thinking of doing projectors in the headlights but still keep the smoke chrome look in the headlights.
