I couldnt take it anymore driving with opposite mirrors so I took them apart and switched internal parts and mirrors. I was bummed at the fact that I couldnt keep my stock black painted mirror bases as the JDM ones are different. My next project will be to paint them again...this time ill do it myself....DIY FTW....lol....

With the heat gun in hand, I warmed up the mirror for about 3min on med heat making sure not to hold the heat gun in a single area.... then GENTLY slid a flat head under the inside trim of the mirror and worked around it till the mirror came off the base...

Yeah they are Marcus..dunno if you recall, but I had painted mine gloss black..I will need to do the same to these...
