There's a reason for this, just think about it for a second.

I'm personally not a fan of any style of smoked tails but Gabe's car (G_VQ3577) is the **** no doubt. BTW Gabe, best fitment on a HD trunk I have seen yet. Have you had it adjusted since you were here or is a trick of the lighting that makes it look spot on?

^ I was one of those people. I despised any tint on taillights; especially gtr style I just think it will compliment my black roof, grill, headlights and emblems. If I end up disliking the look, Ill rip em' off.

Knock yourself out there son. If you want to fvck up a perfectly good set of JDM tails who am I to stop you?

And Gabe you're welcome. Maybe they can get the trunk to fit perfectly.

Cool. What did you use to avoid getting it in the middle where the lights are?

^ i used a pinstripe to outline the circles, same red pinstripe i used for my rims to "time attack them" and inside the pinstripe i put masking tape. I got the roll of red pinstripe at pepboys for like 5$

I've read the word "overgays"
LOL, you might need to read it one more time.

^ that's because people are using sandpaper and clear, if you just clean the tails and use the spray it comes out glossy. I used to use sandpaper and they never came out glossy but this time they look like a mirror. Look at the reflection of the house on the right tail light

That's what's great about Overlays . Can be removed down the line if desired .
