AND, I already ordered my front wheel hub and bearing off eBay for only $150 shipped. Everyone locally including the dealer offered $300. Hopefully it'll be here before the snow falls.
Another mod you could do (for free) is to remove the red strip from the reverse lights. I did it to my g and it made a big difference.

I saw that but I don't think I like it though.

Another update: I just got my hub/bearing from the mail earlier.

Noob question for you guys though, how will you know which side is the problem? I think it's on the driver side just because I hear it more there. If I turn it to the right then the grinding sound gets louder but when I turn to the left the grinding stops.

makes sense. if you put the load on the driver side by turning right then it should be the driver side if it makes the noise. it sounds confusing but i think that's how it works. others can chime in.

my bearings went at the same time i think. first it was the passenger side then after replacing that the driver side was gone as well.

rockauto had the best pricing if you need to order another one. bought one from ebay for $150 and bought the second one from rockauto for $87. big difference but same part.

heads ups though, bearing will be a pain to remove from the hub so you'll need a press to take it out. you need the new one pressed it anyways so don't waste your time trying to take it off the hub. small shops will do it cheap.

good luck. need help message me.

thanks for the offer good sir! But it's done already. lol I ordered the bearing with the hub (just $20 difference) so all in all I payed $150 shipped.

so update time. and she will sit like this until spring.

hub/bearing was replaced, I got a $100 worth of winter tires, and I had someone install a remote car starter for only $260 labor + the remote starter. hahahaha everyone was quoting me $700 just for the labor. so it was a very productive weekend for the car and she's ready for alberta winter.

iPhone pic FTW!

Nice looking ride.

I've looked at your mod list in the OP and you mentioned having changed Farenhiet to Celcius.
Mind telling me how you managed that?

Would really help me out as I have a G from the states too and would love to have degrees celcius.

I'm still thinking what kind of springs... (really can't afford coils for now). I'm still thinking between H-tech or S-tech. Any advice of which to buy?

K I'll bump this from the dead. =)

so from this:

thanks to this guy (eibach sportline):

she now sits like this:

I was surprised of the drop. The guy I got the springs from said it's only 1" to 1 1/2" drop. haha. So now I just need to paint my stock coupe 19"s and buy some rubbers and I'm good for summer.
