thanks man ^^ its definitely a lot a lot of work !! once both boxes are done we are going to start customizing a full amp layout !

i haven't decided how i am going to do this yet... i can either built 3 amps into the floor real nice or make a rack mount to the back seat..

hmmmmmmmm

UPDATE 5/17

last night we didnt do anything in the trunk or the boxes .. it was raining super bad and we had a lot left to do and put us on hold !!

Today we finished both PLUGS - Meaning a full 100% perfect complete mold of my (our) trunks..

NOW we use this to mold since we have everything complete and after we talk a mold of this then we make the final box for my car !!! but these pictures are PLUGS ! yes they can be used right now as boxes in my trunk but since he is selling these boxes we took the extra time to mold my trunk so he ALWAYS has a mold of our cars ...

There are 2 holes in each box where they will be mounted to factory locations in the trunk i will have pictures of the mounting points when we get that far Just know it wont take more then 10 minutes to mount each speaker box and it will not move at ALLLLLLL

DRIVER SIDE

WORKING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE

BOTH PLUS 100% done

MOLD RELEASE sprayed all over the plugs so when we mold this it will pull apart and release the fiberglass without sticking

We will start back on everything tomorrow and ill post more updates

Hmmmmmm looking like I need to put this on my to buy list.
Excellent work.
How will the speakers mount? MDF rings? 10 mm nuts? JB Weld?
Also how are we getting wire into the box? I haven't noticed any holes are they going to be drilled afterwards and then an apoxy applied over the wire and hole?

Really hope you finish soon.

there are MDF flush mount rings.. bolts yes and nuts ! exactly . we found the best place and when you order the box it will come with everything you need to install this. We more then likely will take pics and put them together to send out with the box to show you exactly how to mount them.

Also you are right ! there are not any holes in the box for the wire connections.. that is the last thing we will do. we have the perfect spot for that as well behind the box and still fits perfectly flush in there!

both sides are exactly same height and length and hold 1 cube of air! and flow the same way with the trunk
