Thats really cool, my brother in law used to do custom spray paint pictures in downtown las vegas. Now hes a tattoo artist.

I didn't realize it was such a popular medium... after viewing his channel and seeing some the "tips & tutorials" I realized there is a whole world of this type of art...

I don't have the patience for the detailed stencil cutting... some of it is incredibly intricate! And it does take a truly artistic eye to get the shading right...

I happy to see tat artist coming from art backgrounds these days... you can teach tattooing, but it's hard to teach someone to be a good artist (you either are or you aren't)... in the old days it was all about teaching some dude how to tattoo - these days they are all artists first.

That is sick....I would love to get me one made of my car....

 

I had initially asked him if he would be willing to do others... he said he'd do production piece - but I explained that most on the forum (and anyone that would want one), have modified Gs and would want their specific car...

Right now his time is consumed with school... I was hoping he would do another piece for me (totally different theme - not car) and he explained that he isn't doing custom pieces right now

I hope he starts doing them again... if so, I'll let you know.
