pure white will be 6000k.... anything over gets mroe blue then to purple. Best OUTPUT is stock headlights though and anything over your output is decreased. However, if you want some color go with 6000k, but don't go over that

 

Yea, most of the people go high as 10k or such downgrade to 6000k

 

I just want my high beams to be the same white as my low beams. Thats what I'm looking for.

 

yeah... but 10k is insane. If you live in NY it's ok since there are a lot of street lights, but if you live ina darker area... please don't go higher than 6k, you won't be able to see CRAP! I ran 8000k for a while and noticed the insane amounts of lost output

Ah, I know what you mean. I took out a brand new 540i, still had the paper plates. I wasn't ready for it, white haired dude driving and I didn't expect that. Rocked into 4th to 6600, before 5th took 6K I was outta there. Once I realized Miha was running 120 I came off quick, too many eyes. I think he coulda got me good tho if it had been broke in and not under like 5K or whatever...or if he knew how to handle it since he took me unaware. I bet he woulda pissed himself if I would have rolled my window down and he realized he was run down by a chick!

I really do have to chill on that crap tho. I've been doing good lately. Can't afford another ticket, got a 90 in a 60 last weekend. Technically it shoulda been 110 on a 50, so I am counting my blessings and deep breaths everytime I get passed on interstate.

My fog bulbs right now are yellow bulbs. They look kinda ricy.

Oh, ok. Is that the stock light? I know my lows are a bright white, but my highs and fogs are dull yellow. I want them all to match, or at least close.
