Yes, I agree. I was thinking about doing that but got impatient and did the install without any paint and regret it. Now it is not worth it to take my headlights appart again to do it. When I run out of other mods to do then I might go back and black them out.

Damn Mike, as much as I hate chrome your car looked really sleeek and aggressive in that configuration. Why'd you part out?

Edit: Caribbean Blue never looked that good to me either. SICK SICK SICK!!!

Thanks for the compliments Boris,

I had the rims, exhaust, sway bars, springs, intake, etc...

Parted it out about a year and a half ago because I was dead set on getting an M3. However, I never ended up getting an M3 just because in Los Angeles insurance is so ridiculously high on that car and the M3 isn't cheap either.

But that was actually a blessing, with the money saved I used it to open up a business.

Pic from the JSPEK BBQ, too bad I was the only sedan there.

Can't wait till I slam the car and finally get my new center cap in.

Yea, it's completely stock right now...actually took out my intake and all of my audio stuff today. Hopefully trading it in soon, maybe a month or two god willing.

in short, the dealer was being paid to fix my car (by someone else) with a grand total of 1300. The car was in the lot for 7 days for the other repair. I called them up and said I would pay them $350 total to buy and instal the lip, and my service rep told me not to worry about it.
