you know I was just noticing this evening how much lower my stock suspension looked in the back than the front.

+1, that definitely looks like they gonna rub

From pictures it looks like its gona rub when you drop that car. It obviously sticks out a tad.

My rears are 10" +43 and there is no way anything more aggressive would fit on mine. They are maybe 1-2mm from rubbing when I have people in the back seat and stuff in the trunk.

guaranteed if you try and lower your car, even with Z springs you'll rub like crazy. Like chico said, it might fit on a stock suspension but it doesnt look good when its sticking out of the fender like it is. If i was going to get 10's in the rear the minimum offset i'd get would be +45 but i'd prefer +50 since i'm lowered.
