Bumper bolts on. You have to change Hood and Grille along with it.

did you have to change the headlights as well? Side by side between the years they look to be different shapes on the bottom.

Looks like '05 headlights to me! Good job! And I thought only Integra and 240sx's did front end (JDM) conversions! Sweet...(I still like the Nismo front though!)
