Every third entry to the thread is "what wheels are those" and the underlying current of new or lesser known wheels is substandard quality, so I was complimenting hikos on his choice of wheel and also setting the stage to let less informed members know that these are top shelf wheels. A larger pic was posted to show the detai of the wheel.

Hikos my apologies for the off topic, enjoy the wheels and the car.
Don't be silly! Its not a problem at all. I appreciate you putting up info and pics of the Marions. You are right about the many inquiries about the wheels as well. You explained it and described it MUCH better than I ever could so thank you!

Thanks for the great compliment on my G, too. It means a lot coming from a company that deals with thousands of awesome wheels and helps people build gorgeous dressed up cars. One thing though, I didn't know you were gonna be posting up pics of my car along with the other sample pics of Marion mounted cars... Did I miss a PM from you?

Keep up the great work as one of our great site sponsors and of course, keep us posted on all the new goodies that are gonna be available for the new G!

Regards!

It's all good. Probably got filtered out from my email as spam.

Feelin' a bit inadequate considering the company I'm with in your websites Marion wheels gallery but it's cool.

Thanks again for the kind words!

Thats an awesome ride Hiko! Nice pics.

I'm a newb here to the forums, and a new Black Obsidian G35 S owner as well. Bought the ride back in Apr and lovin every minute spent in it. Got it all broken in, and now just planning for the upgrades and mods. Representing the 671 but lived out here in the 808 since 00'.

Welcome aboard and congrats on your new G!

Sure we'll be seeing each other around. Don't forget the 'shaka' when you do!

Well, I've been keeping tabs on it since I put the wheels and tires on -I take my wheels off every now and again to clean the insides and the wheel well/brake calipers/control arms etc - and from what I can tell so far, there's nothing excessive or uneven about the tire wear. Even the outer shoulder of the tire has been evenly scrubbed in to the edge.

Granted my car is NOT a daily driver like some of the others here so I wouldn't be an accurate source for this info.

Hikos in that bottom pic was your alignment done yet? It looks like you have a lot of negative camber. Are these cars alignable when dropping without an aligment kit, which none are out yet. I have been scared to order springs and wheels because I don't want my car to have excessive camber with no fix.
