Photoshop Painted OEM 19's Request

Can anyone photoshop these rims to be black with a polished/silver lip!??!?!?

I have the 19's, am contemplating an IP sedan, and wonder if it could be pulled off...

Silver lip
Tinted
Lowered
Red calipers
Cleared out headlights

Blacked out looks pretty good....

And being that I have the 19's already, might be the most cost-effective route to "aftermarket" rims...

How is the sizing of the 19's tires in regards to the new sedan...

Does anyone know?

Will I need new tires?
