EWG35 - that looks great!! Does the mini G only come in black? I love that color (mine is Liquid Platinum as well). What kind of paint did you get (modeling paint? Touchup paint from the dealer?).

 

Thanks. Actually in comes in blue. I planned to buy Liquid Platinum from a auto paint shop then I realized that was over kill. I used a two stage paint and some model filler which I believe was all testors brand. The clear coat is very high gloss. If you sand it well (I used 200, 300 and 600 grit) the finish can be as good at you own car.

I saw this post months ago and never opened it because I thought you were talking about getting a second "real" G. Now that I see what it is I want. I have a blue slate so it would be cool to have this toy. i also run gas rc cars as a hobby so I might be able to trick it out or at least put the body on a different car. Anyways if you order again I would like 2. One for me and one for my 5 and 2 year old. I think they would get a kick out of owning a car like daddys.
