I like it a lot. I like how it breaks up the rear bumper. I'm sure the kit would cover up your scratch.

i'm wondering about the rear valence being that close to the exhaust tips, would the heat from the tips cause the vinyl to melt or bubble?

Nope ive had my rear valence on for a couple of months with a stillen exhaust and i have ZERO melt or bubble...the material is very good

so its not made out of plastic??? it doesnt look like vinyl material...

Exactly, havent had any issues whatsoever with any of my rear valence Overlays .
