yeah well it also looks like he has a fair amount of negative camber. If he set to about 1 degree or so it would bring the top of the wheel out to fill the wheel well more. But then you may have rubbing issues if you get too flush.

 

There really isn't enough adjustment on the front end to get the camber down to 1 degree once it's lowered.
