brand don't matter man...it's hype. try saving some of the pics of the guys that do have ceramics and then save some that don't...go through the gallery and try to distinguish them yourself........chances are that you won't be able to tell the difference. it'll be a lot harder than trying to tell the difference between fake ***** and real *****....the only difference will be the extra 200 bucks you spend on it.

The fact is that, I personally can tell the difference between plastic and ceramic tints. Maybe not in pictures, but definitely in person.
There are many reasons to choose ceramic over semi-metalic plastics and only one reason not to.... price.

I'm not knocking the guys who choose the semi-metalic. In fact, I like the darker look that the semi-metalic offers.

I'm just saying how I personally like the reflective look of the ceramic.

just put 20% on my car all the way around... shoulda maybe put 15% but no pics, sorry. i'll get some very soon for you all on an LP car.

is it just more or do the tints take away from the look of the car? i like the fish bowl look i guess..

 

tints add to the look of the car. i dont think i'd ever own a car without tint.

 

tint actually hold the shape of the car better, IMO. it makes everything more fluid on the outside, and give the car shape. when you dont have tints, you can obviously see everything inside, thus losing the full effect of the exterior design.

 

a couple pics of an LP with 20% all the way around. pictures are horrible, it was darker than those pics make it appear, hence the lack of sharpness.

 

anyone here on the forum gone darker then 30% on the front windshield? the other day i saw a guy who had a TL with 5% all around, and 15% on the front windshield, didn't have my camera so I couldn't take pics...but it was insane dark! i loved the look but too dangerous at night. anyone here have pics with super super dark windshields?

 

My buddy has a m45 with 5 all the way around and 15% on the windshield it is ridiculous, i will post some pics of it soon.
