I think there not bad looking wheels at all. The problem here is first & most he needs to lower his sedan, & then get some who knows how to take good quality pictures. I am then many of us will have different opinion about his set up.

IMO theyre nice wheels but a bit small...i think in a 19" or 20" they'd look a lot better, these look like 18's

 

at first i thought winter wheel setup, but i'm guessing not in the middle east!
