i would get some spacers since those are a high high offset

Those actually look pretty good without spacers; my opinion.

Of course it would look better with spacers but if money is an issue (like it is for me), I'd say, it can do without!

I like the older ones better. The flare at the end of the spokes and the fact that the spokes have more curve in them give the illusion of a smaller wheel (for some reason).
