Old thread, but did you ever drop your car on those wheels?

 

^ Haha! I was just gonna say the same thing. It's been over two years and kool_yaar still hasn't dropped his car on anything

 

^ ah you guys dont let the dead posts rest, do you? Anyways, no the car is still stock, height, as i said in my initial post, im not looking to drop it on springs to avoid premature failures of shocks and/or have an uneven drop my aim is still to do it right by getting CO, but every time i save some money, i either spend it on something cheaper on the car thinking it going to take me forever to save up a grand or some unexpected bill or such comes by, a big hit was the FX but i think it was worth it... still have'nt given up though.

will post some better and newer pics soon to show some more progress that i have made with some small mods here and there but still without a drop.

EDIT: not sure if i added these to my album, but these are a year old i think, has about everything except the diffuser.

 

I have a feeling your struts will fail due to age before you drop the car lol

That front lip is the OEM lip for the sport bumper. Available at any dealer. Don't pay asking price tho...shop around. I got mine and all my GT SPec braces from Riverside and he gave a discount.

Installation is a breeze - I did mine in about 30 minutes...altho I'm good with stuff like this.

^no doubt. i agree with you 100% but as i said before not happening anytime soon due to all said reasons.
