It actually looks pretty good! I was seriously doubting this when I heard you describe it, but it doesn't seem to stick out near as much as I pictured in my head. I like it!

wow that actually looks good! i wasnt expecting that kinda turnout

i guess LS is light and flashy enough that it almost looks chrome

I agree with a statement you said earlier...how the headlights look better in chrome than painted.

I was a bit skeptical about the look when you posted that you color matched your grille but I recant the skepticism. Car looks great How about those lights?

It looks fine...but the problem (atleast with the crappy pic quality) is that it doesn't look that different from stock...ie the blueslate color is light/reflective enough to be mistaken for chrome in the right light...

I guess it looks good if you are going for the more 'subtle' look.

Thanks man,

Lights are coming, be patient ...this week is very hectic for me but i'll try to give Mike a call and see how everything's coming along...hopefully i'll be able to post pics of the lights sometime in the middle of next week I'm thinking...definitely after thanksgiving

thanks man, you should do it to your car too...i bet blue slate would look better cause it's really hard to tell from far away that it is painted lol

yeah i can't believe that first pic turned out that bad...all these pics were taken on my sony ericcson 5mp cybershot phone...it isn't bad for a phone

you're right about the color though, it's very hard to tell whether or not it is painted in certain lighting conditions...it looks awesome under some orange-ish lights though cause the paint changes to a purplish color

i thought about painting the grill black, but i think with this certain color it will be very hard to pull off the stealth look
