Black is sweet, but I would choose Garnet Ember since it is much easier to maintain than Black andit is still a beautiful colour.

I have only seen a handful of GE's around me but they always catch my eye. None of them have been modified but they still look good. Congrats on whatever you pick though.

even though black is a B**** to keep clean, and you will see swirl marks, still nothing beats it

On topic, I'd chose GE due to the rarity + it's easy to maintain.
