Are you sure? Looking at the tires, I think they would be more stretched than they are if those were a 9.5/10.5. Also, you would have more lip on the front even if you were running the least aggressive offset (in this case a +43 on a 9.5" front). The 9.5" front would stick out a lot further than that since you are not lowered (and at factory camber specs).

All Volk's should have a label on the inside that states all the specs.... You should be able to confirm the size with those. I am almost certain those fronts are 19x8.5 with a +36 offset. The rears look like a 19x9.5 with a +43 offset, or maybe a tad lower (+37 maybe).

FYI - The sedan fitment for the Volk GT-S do not come any larger than the 19 x 8.5 (F) +36mm and 19 x 9.5 +37mm rears. Why do I know, because an expert at Mackin Industries told me when I researched, and eventually bought the same wheels; unless something has changed in the past year.

uga - i guess if you are bored enough you can always take off one of the front and one of the rears and look @ what's on the label on the rims. the label should have the rim diameter, width, and offsets...at least mine do

kmuniz78 - too lazy to search through threads, but what offsets are u running on your GTS

kmuniz, the link you sent me does not have the S series in the GT section...also, vividracing.com seems to have a 10.5 width wheel listed on their website, could be a typo...

g35xqx1, i don't think im going to take a look at the labels anytime soon lol...oh well it's all good

Black lugs look good with the wheels!

They are 8.5/9.5, that is what the sticker on the inside of the wheel said

Guys, the GT-S comes in 10.5" sizes, and you "could" run them on the sedan (see the below link to the Rays website). BLUESLATE is running a 10.5" GT30. I am pretty sure you could run a 19x9.5/19x10.5 (+43 on both), and it would fit. Well, the front would fit, but stick out a lot on an a car with the alignment in spec. The 10.5" rear at +43 would be cutting it close on inside clearance, but again should fit. BLUESLATE is running what looks like a 20x9.5 (with what I think is a +35 offset) and a 10.5 (with what I think is a +37 offset).

It can be done. It would probably look like crap unless you ran some serious negative camber F/R. The proper sedan offsets are really 19x8.5 (+36) and 19x9.5 (+43, or +40, or +37). As posted above Mackin states this. You could go way more aggressive, and wider, as BLUESLATE has shown. I am sure Mackin is reluctant to recommend a setup that would require serious negative camber, or work, to make it fit. I would have to go +43 on the 9.5" rear because of my Sport brakes on the rear (I would have to run offset A).

Also, you need to measure the barrel on the wheels, not from lip to lip. Unless you have the tire off the wheel, there is no way to accurately measure it.

You can find all the sizes of GT-S available here:
http://rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/cgi2...?modelName=GTS

Let me say this, I am in no way knocking your wheels. They are sweet. The only reason I know the above is because I am buying a set right now.

That's all you need. I think those offsets and sizes look perfect on the sedan. I would really like to see pics once you drop it on the Impul springs.

sure thing man, i'll make sure to post pics once i get those springs on ...the rear sticks out just a little bit, so i hope the drop takes care of that...i hope they're still on the way, they haven't even charged me for them yet...hey bossman, did you call and place your order or did you just do it online like me?

also, the tires are pretty quiet...they're a little bit noisier than the bridgestones but i had a chance to try to tires out in the rain and they were excellent...we had a tornado warning here last night and heavy hail coming down, i just took it out for a drive at the "worst" time lol...i missed all the hail though, and i went thru some HUGE puddles haha, i was more worried about the injen filters than hydroplaning...the puddles were HUGE, woulda soaked halfway up your shin if you were standing in it...

I ordered them online and it took them a long time to charge my card. My tires stick out too and the drop helps with the way it looks. Thanks for the update on the tires, I think I'm going to go for the Michelin Pilot Sports for my next tires. The Nittos are good in the dry and the wet, but they're kind of noisey. Can't wait to see the pics of the car after the drop.
