Thanks guys, im working on the stupid gaps i left because the bonda dried up so fast. It seriously took 2 minute to dry.
I didnt know 3M made bondo but its crazy strong stuff.

Just fixing the first bar and covering the bubbles.

I just finished but i still have some small thing to do like cover up the little bubbles I'll do that tomorrow because my arms are tired lol

Robby, should over lap the bondo a small amount. the Bondo and plastic will seperate very easily!!!

Ya i did bro, the foam wasnt on all the way cuz i noticed it was pushing it in but i fixed it.

Looks great, Robby!!! Can't wait to see it when it's done... And since you've already got my factory grille on your car, you can do mine for me when yours is done.

We had a mini mod meet over at my place on Sunday Shane... ended up being almost 20 cars, though, so I guess it really wasn't that "mini". LOL

FYI.. I agree with Shane.... you should definitely overlap the bondo on top of the plastic a little bit... just pull a small layer out over the plastic on either side and the feather it down with sandpaper until it's nice and smooth. You hate to go through all this work and have it crack right at the seem.

If you have to do it again, it may even be a good idea to use some fine strand "kitty hair" instead. It'll be way stronger, and you can go over the top of it with bondo to smooth it out.
