Just curious. Did you have your chrome door trim painted black or powder coated? I'm wanting to do something with my chrome trim, as well, but am worried if I have it painted that it will chip terribly.

 

Hmmm... just looked at the pics again and maybe you didn't do anything to the chrome trim... LOL... It could just be the lighting in that first pics that's making the trim look all black.
