do what I did, paint yours to match the body for the time being. Im going to wait this out. I cant do anything until spring anyways because of the weather. I just cant get myself to like the oem spoiler. I dont think it flows with the trunk.

Any PS pics/drawings/renderings of what the final trunk/spoiler will look like? I'd be interested, but am not really a fan of the original TK spoiler for our cars.

not a fan? just kidding...

I agree that the TK isnt the perfect spoiler, but I think in the batch of Impul, TK, Stillen and OEM; TK is the winner.

The TK needs to be a little more aggressive from the side...

Hehe... Yup, definitely not a fan of the TK, Brian, especially after seeing it on a G in person.

If I had a choice, I'd pick the Stillen over any of the others. I think it has the perfect lines, but it just has poor fitment, since it sits over the chrome trunk finisher. I've painted my chrome piece body color and have the Stillen spoiler installed over it for now and it looks great from far, but far from great... I'm considering having it all molded into the trunk, or at least having the spoiler and finisher molded into one piece... Now that would be my ideal spoiler.

Apparently great minds think a lot bc I had this idea awhile to mold the stillen into the chrome finisher to make a hybrid "bolt on" stillen spoiler. I often go back and forth on the idea of buying the stillen and trying to mold it to the finisher. My finisher is body matched as well. Ive probably asked and seen them before, but can you post some pics of your current stillen set up?

Yup, I remember you and I talking about way back when you were looking to sell your Stillen spoiler. Last Summer I took the extra chrome finisher I have along with the Stillen spolier to several different specialty shops and asked about having them molded together... I got prices that ranged from around $300 to upwards of $800, but all recommended against doing it as they felt it would crack at the seem due to the two parts being different materials. I'm still tempted to try it, or possibly even do it myself.

I don't think I've got any pics of the car with the Stillen spoiler in my PhotoBucket account, so I'll need to upload some, but I'll try to get to that when I'm off work tomorrow or Friday and post some up for you.
