Actually just figured out I'm probably running near 2" lower!!!

Difference between Old & New (Inches)

Height of 1 Sidewall
Front: -0.92
Rear: -0.83

Height of 2 Sidewalls
Front: -1.83
Rear: -1.65

Outside Tire Diameter
Front: -0.83
Rear: -0.65

Looks like I need to get thicker tires 35's are giving me hell right now

I think I'm gonna change them to 255/45 all around, might as well since I forgot to install the tpms.

Dude, do you have lots of cash that you don't know what to do with??

Maybe you should get some VB upgrade or reflash, i can't wait for my reflash kit to arrive, i ordered it 2 days ago.

lol no dude, I'm just single

are you married? cause if so then it makes sense, but I just get these urges of spending money on goodies , am I soo wrong? lol

Man I honestly get bored here sometimes so this is my only way of spending time on something I enjoy .

I NEED to change my tires because they honestly scrap everywhere, every day going into my drive it scratches and it getting on my **** so I gotta change them asap.

as for VB upgrade or re-flash well there aren't any reputable tuners here that's the biggest thing that sucks here, I dunno man. Lemmi know how your re-flash kit goes and then go up against Q8ty lol and lemmi know if you beat him

Thanks Wes,

I think I've found a company in KSA to do my headlight painting: http://www.modacar-amb.com/home.asp

A friend of mine swears by them, so I'll see if they can also re-paint the rear bumper again.

Don't go with the 255/45. It will be way too tall. You need to go with 245/40 (this is closest to stock sizes) or 255/40 (this will be a tad taller than stock).

well 255/45 won't be that much more over stock, it'll be 2.25mm extra sidewall height and only 29.90mm Extra outside tire diameter compared to stock fronts.

245/40 will be -12.25mm less sidewall height and .90mm more outside tire diameter compared to stock fronts

255/40 will be -10.50mm less Sidewall height and 4.40mm extra outside diameter compared to stock fronts.

maybe you're right, I might just go with 250/45 or 245/45 both give me 0mm difference in sidewall height and 25.40mm extra outside tire diameter.

It's just looking at the car as it is it seems like I can go more, i.e. the fenders seem to able to handle 255/45, but I haven't seen anyone with that configuration so I might just stick to 245/45 instead.

really? it's only like 3cm extra, I wouldn't think that's a big difference , I've got like 2 inches of clearance at the moment so I don't see why it should rub?

Thanks dude
it's not the rubbing, but the fact that the car will go faster than it shows on the speedometer. I don't know how much of a difference there will be.

Your wheels are an inch larger, so you need a lower aspect ratio. You want the overall diameter to be the same, or as close as possible, to stock. Don't pay attention to sidewall height. It is going to be less since you went with bigger wheels.

The 245/40 and 255/40 are both within 1% of your overall stock sizes. The 255/45 are over 5% larger which is too much. I would try to stay within 2% unless you are going for a stretched/aggressive look.

lol shouldn't be too much of a problem, remember we don't have speed cameras here, just raders and even then I have my rader detector so I can slow down

humm, good point. yesterday I came to the conclusion that I should fit 245/40 up front and 255/40 in the rear. I think that's the best I can do and see how they get along. Hopefully i'll try and change them tomorrow.
