Way-Boy - i'm assuming you removed the bumper to install...right? I just installed my front factory sport lip spoiler tonight...fogs are the last cosmetic...

I tried a local shop to quote...and it was $600 for fogs and install....

Seemed a bit a high as the bumper comes off so easily and you can just unplug the existing fog wires and wire it directly. That way the stalk controls work....

I'm good with a lot of thing...but electrical is not my forte....

Thoughts?

hmm.. i did that all by myself and a friend( the shop owner ) gave me some handss. but im pretty sure it would cost few hundred bucks. Also, i didnt use the OEM fog lights' wires since I have 3000K yellowish HID in. So, i run an extra wire + on/off button for the piaa fogs

ok for simple instruction:
1) take off the bumper
2) measure the fogs size and mark the position where you want to put on
3) put some masking tape to the places where have high chance to be in contact while you drilling the holes
4) then drill the bumpers with whatever the shop has.( be sure u did mark the position correctly)
5) sand around the holes with 200 sand paper then fine it with 600
6) put the fogs in and seal it with sealing tape ( to prevent water goes inside the drilled holes )
7) wire up to whatever, wherever u want ( to the OEM fogs wire or the head light wires, or extra wire and on/off button to go inside around your dash area, in which it will take more time and effort.)
8) put back the bumper on

hope i did give u a general idea.

I say...DO IT! At least I love mine. Have received tons of compliments on how they look. As for performance, I can tell the difference. I even drive on back roads with just these on for a little spirited driving.

Check my thread here: https://g35driver.com/forums/media-s...d-fog-kit.html.

Granted, my initial thought regarding fogs was the color, I actually bought driving lights as they are called apparently.

Seems as though the G37 forum has better taste.

I think 4 lights looks cheesy.

^ agree, i say don't, the sport bumper just doesn't suit it. it will look too busy/crowded/cheezy.

buddy with the red G with 4 fogs has the journey bumper which kind of works, at least more so than for yours.

Yeah I don't like the 4 lights,

2 are ok but 4 is a bit overkill
