lightweight for summer

Bought these rims while waiting for my G to arrive from Japan back in 2007 when Tirerack was clearing them out for cheap (discontinued). Although they are not the prettiest and not in the same league as present day Wedsports, I love them because they are lightweight rims--I believe 17 or at most 18lbs. You can really feel the difference in acceleration and responsiveness. They are very similar to the TL-S rims from a few years back, but IMHO nicer. I've seen pictures of them on anything from Civics to Mustangs but I think they look best on the G. Wedsport TC-005 18x8", 235/45/18 Continental SportContact2.

Blacked out window trim and you'd be golden! Sharp, as always

Thank you for noticing! I did a light smoking with 2 light coats of Nite Shades and some clear coat just this past week. I think it turned out really good! Still some orange peel if you look up close but I can buff it some more later. I tried Blue Bat overlays a couple of years ago and I completely failed!

I probably read your post then--if so thanks! I know someone mentioned it on G35Driver about 2 or 3 weeks ago--I never knew that product even existed! Definitely blackout vinyl for the trim is my next project.
