$447/year full coverage - 2nd vehicle - older is better! Just switch out my stock seats to elise sportseats - 10X more comfortable. The Swedish made Ohlins coilover shocks is also 10X more comfortable and better than the (crappy) Tein Flex in my G coupe! I took a 77-mile scenic turn and twisty drive today - amazing handling - a true street legal race car - love it. Best handled car I've ever driven. Again, thanks for the compliments guys.

Sorry, Wally, couldn't make it - wanted to - was in San Diego. Maybe join you again for a LACR trip next time. Let me know.

Thumbs down

There was a huge local auto cross event this weekend, and a Lotus driver was there with his white 07. He was to aggressive around the last set of cones on the extra large course and busted the upper rear quarter panel, and sheared the control arm bolts in half!all from tripping over a curb sideways at about 40-45 MPH. Probably like 7k in damages! anyway, he was safe and thats all that matters.

Elise aren't bad at all 1.8L 200HP Scion(toyota)/honda engines (depending on what you get). they are light, and they have one of the best suspension's in the world. Those car's are designed for cornering, not too much on straight aways. I personally like the Exige 240. Bad thing about those cars, they come with the bare minimum. Freaking sun visors are an optional feature, and you look like a clown coming out of the car if you are at least 5'8".

Bad *** ride, none the less.

I love that car and seen the way it handels.. Dont mean to put u down but after sitting in one and driving it at my old job all the interior parts seem to be and rattled as if it had 2 15" subs in the past. I couldnt imagine how the engine was built... Idk if that the case with urs but hope u have good time with it.. Theres a shop by my house that has lots of the there all the time stocks as some track ones.
