There's a vendor here that makes custom shift boots but I don't know if it sit's up flushed to any after market shift knobs. You can ping them and see if what they make does. Since I made my cone spring my boot has always sit flushed to my knob because the spring is constantly pushing up on the boot to the bottom of the knob even when shifting.

Sorry for the very late reply regarding my shift knob.
I made a cone shaped spring and inverted the wider part of the spring which makes the boot rise flushed to the bottom of the knob thus making the boot always up and not flat looking or looking like its falling down.
