Hey man sorry I didnt see this earlier. There is no real set time to shift unless you dyno your car and see where the power curves are. In 1st gear i usually shift around 6400 and for every other gear you can pretty much wind it out to redline or right before. Depending on your mods your power curve could be different from stock so you never know for sure. You can usually tell just by trial and error, just shift at different points until you feel like its as close as possible to redline before you start losing power.
