    Thanks for the compliment. I haven't done anything to fill in the gaps you'll see in the photos. I bought a kit, but never took the time to cut/install it. The gaps are a pretty consistent 1/8" around the unit, and that's not enough to bother me enough to take the time to fill it in.

    hey looking at your Alpine INA-W910! nice.

    I am in the process of getting the same one with JDM and was wondering if you needed the Plastic trim around the din to fill the gaps.
