are they legal in indiana?

I beleive they are not legal, i was reading on a local board about some kid getting a ticket for them, besides i think they look terrible

I think it looks good. Just does not look good on some cars. But to each its own.

i think it looks ok if its not the main headlight and maybe just an auxillary light
