Spring is just around the corner, or so we hope, and we want to start planning a get together well in advance. So what better way to have a good time than to get some wings and beer at Hooters? They've got the parking space, the exposure, and easy access to the freeway.

Here is the tentative information:

When? March 17th at 12pm
Where? Hooters in Burnsville, MN. http://hooters.know-where.com/hooter......32&address=
Why? We want more of a 350Z presence and need to network. Plus it's an excuse to look at
Who? Anyone with a Z33 that wants to get out and drive their car!

Now let's get one thing straight. There is a Z club in MN, and they're great guys. However, we feel that there are not enough events for the Z33 crew, and we just want to get together with like-minded enthusiasts to talk shop.

If the weather for that weekend does not look favorable, we plan on bumping it to March 24th or March 31st. Again, this is tentative, but we want to get the information out there quickly so everyone can plan on it.

I'm planning on being up that way on that day for a Pro Kart event and TC auto show, so it should work out for me. I still have to get details on what time we'll be done though. It's a bit early in the spring, so I'm sure myself and others will still have the winter rims/tires on and be full of salt, but here's hoping for an early spring!

Put me down as a maybe until I get the details on my other events.

 

I would be interested. I don't think I have anything going on that weekend, although it is St. Patrick's Day, I think. I"ll probably also still have my winter tires/rims on, but it's all good.

 

Thats cool. We are just trying to get the Z and G guys together for our kind of new club. Some of us Z guys are just getting tired of the current z club that never wants to do anything.

 

I plan on being there, since me and Steve are the ones that came up with the idea.

 

Should we call it Z's and G's of Minnesota or Dave and Steve club. haha. I for one can not wait to get this started as we have got alot of people wanting to do this and have a good turn out.

 

I'd like to join if I could. Come on all you G and Z owners in Minnesota.

Couple of Big shows coming up is Z dayz that Dave and I went to last year. Mid West Z Fest in Omaha and HIN here in the cities that the Nebraska Z club is coming up for.

For those interested, our local car club is reserving a private hour long race session at Pro Kart Indoor (serious indoor go kart action) from 11-12 on March 17. This is at the Burnsville track just a few minutes away and right before the planned meet time. It looks like we will have some seats available if any of you want to join us. We should know count details soon, so contact me directly via PM if you are planning to race with us so we can make final arrangements.
