Michelin pilot A/S sport
Hi,
Just a quick note, got my pilots this weekend and I have too say they are a remarkable improvement over the OEM Goodyear Eagle's. I did some research ( not a whole lot actually) , but Tirerack seemed too promote the larger diameter tire over the stock 215/ 55 VR17's that came with my G35 sedan.
The tires were a little expensive, but I've had them on since Sunday (we did have a few inches of snow here in the northern Chicago burbs) and they are like night and day too the OEM's.
a.) They are much quieter
b.) They are incerdible in the snow ( the goodyear's weren't that bad, but these are great)
c.) Haven't had a chance too try them out in dry conditions, but feel confident they will be 200% better than stock.
Like I say, I'm not really into a lot of aftermarket mods (that's why I dropped the 36k for a car that came fully equipped), but the tires are something that I knew I would change.
Cheers..
