Colorado is not MidWest!!!
I've noticed that there are very few posts in the Midwest section dealing with Colorado, even though Colorado is listed as one of the states for the Midwest section. Thats partially because it is not intuitive at all that Colorado would be in the Midwest section, because Colorado is not considered part of the Midwest! Here is the wikipedia entry for Midwest and you'll notice it does not include Colorado.
I think the West area would be a better section for Colorado. California is well covered by the norcal and socal sections, leaving AZ, NV, and NM in the west section, which should leave more than enough room for Colorado.
The reason I am concerned about this is that over on my350z (of which I am also a member), there is a pretty active group of Colorado Z'ers, and I know some of them are G drivers (such as myself, as well as others). I'd like to get some of the other Colorado G drivers involved, but most of them don't look in the Midwest section, because again, Colorado ain't in the midwest!
Anyways, maybe an admin could look at this and switch things around.

I was born in good ole' stinky Greeley, lived 8 years in Broomfield, (then took a detour on the east coast for another 9 years) then lived 4 years in Boulder for college. Being a native, I can whole heartedly agree that Colorado is a WESTERN state, not "mid-western." By aviation standards (for approach plates, etc) Colorado is even considered a southwest state. . .certainly no where near the "midwest."
I would also like to add that Colorado is properly pronounced "colo-RAD-o". NOT "colo-RAH-doe."
have a nice day.
