Looking to get a coupe this spring or early summer and wanted to get opinions of Major Infiniti. Any info on there service dept, sales people, any issues that have come up, or deals that were made would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.

 

Whenever I have taken my car in for service they have all been real nice and friendly. For dealing with cars I don't know who you would want to deal with now because the guy that I bought mine through has left major and he wouldn't give you any BS.

I had a good experience with Major Infiniti. I got my 2004 G35 Coupe 6MT 2 months ago. My saleperson is no longer there but he was nice. The service department was a good experience too.

I do not have anything good to say about Major. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to one of the St. Louis dealers. They would not deal on the car, they offered me 4,000 less than market value for my trade (which I had to sell outright), and I have returned my car 4 times to fix a "minor imperfection" in the bumper. It still has not been fixed to my satisfaction. Also, I went through 4 salespeople during my buying experience because of their high turnover. I will only return to that dealer for warranty work and nothing else.
