Utah G'Z check-in
Awesome.
I can't vouch for any of the members that will be at the two meets coming up, as it will be my first meet with them. I'm betting they're all good peeps, just into their rides, and they would love to see the GT-R in person, as would I.

Posted in the Upcoming Events section originally, added to this thread for those that are subscribed. BTW - Shouldn't Utah events be in the "West" section, instead of the "Midwest" section.

I went to the UtahNissans meet yesterday. It was fun, but I was the only G there. I was hoping for at least a couple of others.
Anyway, the Utah Import meet is this coming Saturday. The venue looks like it has changed to Layton High School. They have a big parking lot area and arrangements have been made with the school, so it should be fun. I believe one of the guys organizing it has a supercharged G35 coupe, so I'm hoping to see a few more Gs this time. I believe a drive is planned as well. Could be fun.

Its HERE!!!! what you all have been waiting for!!! the meet of all meets!!!! UTAH IMPORTS MEET!!! SEPTEMBER 27TH @ LAYTON HIGH SCHOOL IN LAYTON @3PM!!!!! This will be announced on other local IMPORT boards as well so feel free to spread the word!! Im working with a couple of sponsors to maybe help out with a few things and maybe a raffle or something fun like that!!! There will be a cruise afterwards so plan on attending that as well...please feel free to contact me with any questions pm or email me at jwoodyatt@gmail.com
There is a park across the street if you want to BBQ. I am working with Layton High School and have worked out an agreement as well!!! So we don't have to worry about police harrassing us as I will have proper documentation. Please spread the word!!!

I'd be interested in a G meet.
I went to a couple of meets locally, that the people were nice but I didn't have much interest in the cars. One was a Nissan meet, which had a lot of older nissans all riced out. The other was an import meet with a little better selection of cars, but still a considerably younger crowd and a lot of Hondas and stuff.
Any time we want to get a G meet going, I'll do my best to attend. I'd just like to shoot the breeze with some other G owners, check out some of their mods, and admire the cool rides.

Wow, all the Utah guys have found each other!! I go to a lot of the Utahnissans meets, a couple of them have turned like 5 or 6 Gs, and Mike brings his GT_R out alot!
You guys should post pics of your cars, I know a few of you, but I wanna see if I remember seeing more of you around?
I am down for a G meet, like Johnny said, the Z club meets all the time, and they are a great group of guys.
