It seems like a couple members (myself included) have been talking about getting a meet thread started. This is open to anyone in any surrounding states as well.

If we could start getting dates and ideas down, that would be great.

I think the meet could be in Plymouth or around there because its a pretty central location. Time, whenever you guys want.

I think a weekend in May would be a good time to do it, that way everyone interested could plan for it. Maybe on a Saturday....get some lunch.....go for a drive.

 

Wannabe, It looks like there is an earlier thread for a MN meet, but it seems to have died off. Do you know anything about that meet?

 

Was it the one is tarted? If so, it died a looooong time ago. No new plans for meets have been arraged so thats why is tarted a new thread.

And i agree, some time in May. Gives people time to plan, make arrangements, w/e.

Maybe we could meet at like 11am or somthing, grab some lunch at the Buffalo Wild wings or the Old Chicago in plymouth, then drive somewhere.

Sounds like a decent plan to me. I should have the new G by then, or i will bring the 08.

 

After B-Dubbs, maybe we could all cruise out to Stillwater and drive up to Marine on St Croix, highway 95. Its about as fun a drive as there is in MN. Too bad we don't live in Colorado!!!

How are the roads on highway 95??? I never drive out there, I'm located in Blaine. My car is so slammed that I can't drive most places.... this car scrapes like a ****! I'm down for a cruise....maybe after the snow melts.

 

I haven't been out there in a couple years......but as I recall, they were okay. As for the date and time, I'm thinking a Saturday in late April or early May, sometime in the late morning or early afternoon........You got any pics of your car Locksmith?

 

That would be a good time of the year to go I'd say, I dont have pix of my car yet but me and wannabe might get together sometime and take some pix since he got a new G. You're more then welcome to join us when go shoot some pix.

Where are you located in Minnesota? I swear I've seen a sedan w/nismo package around North Oaks....

 

Coon Rapids. The only time I'm around North Oaks is Hwy 96, and thats not too often.

 

Ic.... hmm well thats exactly where I saw the G sedan haha maybe it was you? I'm usually by the strip mall that has Caribou coffee and Movie Gallery... actually it was the small road behind the strip mall that I saw you driving I think...

 

Wow, you guys are up in Coon Rapids to. Im down in Eden Prairie.

And yea, im down for a photoshoot. 2 sedans and a modded Coupe would look sick as hell in some pictures. Lets plan this though for when the snow melts. (and we cant make the meet on the day of the Z/G cruise) speaking of which, are you guys going on that cruise to Winona? I will be there and im pumped for it. Lots of TT Zs and Gs are coming. Its going to be awesome.
