I went into the Orland Park dealership and spoke with a salesperson regarding purchasing a G35 Coupe 6MT w/ Premium. I asked her what she could do if I either financed or paid with cash. She replied, "All I can do is deduct the destination & handling fee." I know pricing is different amongst different regions (being somewhat dependant on demand), but I am just curious what other people have experienced having bought from this dealership. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

 

can't tell you about that dealership. but we ordered the G35 Sedan a month after it went on sale in 2002...i'm pretty sure demand was higher then...and we got more than a grand off the car plus little goodies (license plate frames, touch up paint, trunk mat, etc.).

The situation might be different now, but we waited for 4 months to get the car (with navigation) so you can imagine what demand was like then.

We got the car from Field's Infiniti in Libertyville. Salesperson was Greg Robinson, great guy to work with. He really loves this car. I take my car to show him after I put some mods in, he gets a kick out of it.

I picked up my 5AT coupe prem. with perf.pkg. at the end of last month. I also posed the same question, finance vs. cash, and even picking up two "G's" cash to see what type of deal they could give me. Long story short, the offered me the same deal. Picked up coupe from Orland, picked up sedan from Fletcher Jones. Both cash.

 

I know it may be a little shady to do now but speak to Milton @ Orland Park Infiniti. He geive great deald and willing to play on the prive. He says onlything he cant change is tax and financing.

 

I ordered my '04 6MT coupe from Eva back in November. Paid msrp, they wouldn't budge on the price. I also tried Lisle Infiniti and MotorWorks Barrington Infiniti and they were the same deal regarding an order.

If they have the car you want on their lot, they should be willing to adjust the price somewhat. If you are planning on ordering your coupe, they probably won't do anything with the price.
