Reputable Place for Exhaust Work

I'm looking for a good place to have my exhaust worked on in the St. Louis area. I have a 2004 AWD Sedan. Basically i just need to have the exhaust replaced due to being rusted (it didn't pass the safety inspection). The last place I went told me that the AWD and RWD exhaust are completely different and nothing is the same. It is my understanding that it was only the y-pipe that is different. They told me that the RWD would be around $450 and the AWD would be around $1200. I find it hard to believe that it would be that much different. So does anyone know a good place to go?

Thanks,

What all needs to be replaced. buying from the market place would be cheaper. I have my stock Mid pipe at home you can get. Then all you need is a muffler. If only the y is different like you said.

Bring this back from the dead.

But, I hope to be picking my 06 g35x from the dealer today after work. Will be a nice change from the old daily driver a 1997 Saturn SL2. As will be nice to drive verse the toy car being a 1990 Eclipse GSX soon to be running in the 500awhp range.

If there is time this even and all works out well I will post up some pictures.

I would be happy to help but, free time is not on my side this summer with two projects going on and third in the mix.

But, you can buy the hand pump bleeder at most auto parts store for around $30 bucks.

I don't know how many are left, but, I saw a modded 05 or 06 sedan at Autozone on Manchester recently. I see a black sedan on 40 east bound in the mornings from time to time as well lowered on 19's. I don't see a lot but, they are out there. Just seems there is no real group or things happening.

I have been part of several different car groups over the years and this is one that seems to be the smallest or has the least amount of active things going on.
