Volo Import Show

Hi all!

Just want to see if over the week here I can gather any interest from anyone who might want to head up northwest by me and do the Volo Custom Import an Tuner show on Sunday July 25th from 10 AM - 3 PM? I'm trying to get to their web site to confirm the time but the link isn't working. The show is limited to the first 200 entries so getting there by 9:30 would probably be wise. Anyone interested?

Here's the link.

Re: Volo Import Show

Glad to see a little interest. It would be fun. I'll have to clear the schedule with the Mrs. and confirm that I can attend but I think if all the honeydews are done by then, there's no reason she won't let me go! Heck, I'll even ask her if she wants to come along!

The web site boasts no entry fee when you bring your tuner car. I wonder what qualifies as a tuner car? I hope it doesn't mean sushi (rice) with a rear wing! Anyway, the event's open to the first 200 cars that show up. It would be good to see some of the G35Driver.com folks there. Robert, especially you since I can't seem to find time to do anything with you this summer so far!

Re: Volo Import Show

Hmm interesting...I might go, but i won't show cuz my car is definantly not show quality. Its about an hour north of me so it might be something to checkout after HIN.

Re: Volo Import Show

MyG35ZX and I are going! Hope to see you there Xmax! I might put my car in the show because you get free entry into the museum for entering for anyone that's in your car when you drive in. I'll have my little one with me. My car's sure not show quality eather but I'll clean her up real good (I keep it as cleann as possible all the time!) in the morning and see what happens. I've got a few mods so I would mind being in the show just to lift my hood and talk to others there! Should be a good time, as long as it doesn't rain!

Re: Volo Import Show

Unfortunantly I didn't go, I was way to tired to drive up there. I got home at almost 5 in the morning after a nightout after HIN. Even at that I was awake since 8 in the morning trying to get ready for HIN. Almost 21 hours of no sleep or rest that is one tirering day. I hope you had fun man. Post some pics if you ever had that chance to of the show.

Re: Volo Import Show

I went. I drove up and I saw all of about 15 cars on the lawn so I decided to blwo off paying the $7.00 admit fee to get into the museum and the lawn to see the cars up close. Better that you didn't come Xmax. Sounded like HIN kep you busy. Those pole dancers must have been nearly nekkid to keep you there that late! Did you show your car at HIN?

Re: Volo Import Show

Nah I didn't show my car, to much body damage to be worth showing. Yeah HIN kept me busy, making sure our models wasn't violated when taken pictures of with spectators.
