Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good body shops in the St. Louis area that will install a body kit and paint it for a reasonable price. Any personal experience is prefered. Thanks!

 

you can look into cornerstone in st. peters and also hazelwood auto body in hazelwood. Have experience with both, and both did a fantastic job.

Who do you know there that will give a good price for the job? I was thinking about getting a kit for my car and have someone paint and install it.

Here is what I know so take it as you will...A friend bought a new spoiler for his mustang and he is very very **** about his car and who touchs it. He likes cornerstone in St. Peters...and from the work they did on his spoiler they do great work...pricey though...i think it was around $500 just to prep and paint but no install. He did that himself since the new spoiler just bolted in place of his old one.
What I know about Hazelwood autobody...WIfe's car got hammered in the hail storm earlier this year...I took the car there based on my insurance company working with them in the past and they are also on my way to work everyday so i didnt have to go out of my way. Took about two weeks to get the car done...looks brand new again. New defects at all...everything smooth and pretty. She needed a new hood, roof, trunk, as well as body work on every fender and door. No over spray...no orange peel look...looked very good...I would trust them to touch my G.
I dont think you can go wrong with either place. I would ask hazelwood autobody if they have any experience with body kits and making sure they prep them right. Most body kits need some fixing before being painted.
